Wolfbrook Residential was formed in 2020 for the purpose of building high-quality developments across New Zealand. The Directors have spent their entire professional careers in the property sector and, between them, hold one of New Zealand’s largest privately-owned residential property portfolios. Meet the directors. Steve Brooks and James Cooney live and breathe property. After meeting back in 2013, they started collaborating around opportunities and combined their assets to create one of New Zealand’s largest privately-owned residential portfolios. After years of working together and building their portfolio, Steve and James have now formed Wolfbrook Residential to give other Kiwis the opportunity to join them on the property ladder. At Wolfbrook, we understand that to get the best results, you need the best team. We are a group of property experts who know the ins and outs of the industry – the markets, the trends, the rules and the challenges.  We take a proactive and collaborative approach to all aspects of our developments. Not only do we consider ourselves a talented bunch, but we’re actually really nice people too.
